Cancellations You may cancel at anytime. Your account will be charged for 7 days from the day of cancellation. Anything paid beyond the 7 days will be refunded to you and mailed to the address on file. Any balances remaining on the account must be paid within 30 days. You will not be able to return to ASAP until balances are paid. You are no reimbursed for days your child is absent.
Agency Payments We do accept 4c's and Sonoma Works payments. If at any point your agency gives notice that payment will stop, your child will not be permitted to attend ASAP after that day unless I speak directly to an agency representative. You will be notified about the termination from the agency before the termination date. Anything not covered by the agency will be the responsibility of the parent. The same guidelines above for payments will be followed.
